The Firm was founded in 1996 by Mr Chang See Hiang as a specialist firm, dealing principally in corporate finance, commercial and securities work. Mr Chang has been active in the corporate, commercial and securities scene for more than 27 years. For strategic reasons, the Firm has kept its size small and has, at present, 9 fee-earners.

As a specialist corporate finance firm, the Firm with its team of experienced lawyers handles varied transactions which include takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offers and other fund-raising exercises (including rights issues, warrants and placements), corporate restructurings and reorganizations, securities law and taxation advice, and joint ventures and investments.

As a sub-specialty, the Firm also handles conveyancing and property development work.
